This review isn't about the product itself, but rather my experience with Lumens, a company that misled its clients by guaranteeing a price match but ultimately failed to honor it. I sent multiple emails, provided a link to a competitor's website, and submitted a screenshot showing the same item at a lower price. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my efforts. Had I known I would be treated this way, I would have purchased the item from another retailer at the lower price. I initially trusted Lumens to uphold their price match promise. It's disappointing and frustrating. They should remove this guarantee from their website and stop misleading customers!
