The Novecento Flushmount from Vistosi is a low-profile nod to the classic Murano glass chandelier. This Romani Saccani Architetti Associati-design piece creates a shared experience of familiarity. The design studio approaches the piece with the thought that simplicity equals elegance by pulling only the essential lines of the radiating Murano glass chandelier. This blown glass piece spans across the ceiling yet rest at a low profile for great versatility. The flushmount’s pointy, indented center call to mind a raindrop hitting a body of water. Radiating lines accent the glass and transform into lively highlights when turned on. This piece fills up the space with a clean, diffused light.

Vistosi

The Vistosi name enjoys a long lineage of glassmaking in the Venetian tradition, dating as far back as the 1500s when artist guilds were the order of the day. Since then, the company has become one of Italy’s most prestigious and prolific glass lighting manufacturers, with a particular emphasis on exploring the strength, quality and versatility of hand-blown glass.
