Great product - I have bought these before. Sadly, the customer service from Lumens was intolerably bad. Couldn't provide accurate order status, suggested I cancel my order as they told me it was on back order for 3 months - then it arrived 2 days later. Ridiculous.
Great chair, but difficult obtaining replacement parts.

The chair came with black chair leg covers and I need white chair leg covers to match the chairs I previously purchased. I have attempted to contact company but I have received no response from either distributor or the manufacturer.
