Comments about Mori Pod LED Flushmount
My experience with Lumens was very disappointing. I think Lumens' role is fulfillment (they don't manufacture product). They failed in the marketing component by selling me a product that does not exist. They failed in the return role by making me wait 1.5 hours on the phone and providing misleading information. To top it off, they tried to hit me with a $69 shipping fee on the "replacement" (my purchase of a product that exists). I will never buy through Lumens again.
