I was very excited to receive this light fixture. Overall, looks nice BUT was shipped to me without the appropriate mounting brackets. When I contacted lumens, I was referred to speak directly with the manufacturer (Terzani). I then contacted Terzani to be told by a very condescending person who answered their phone that "We have shipped thousands of light fixtures and have never had this problem before" Apparently, buyer beware
