"Crooked Weld Ruined Entire Chandelier – Cost Me $500 in In
Are You: Customer
This chandelier looks absolutely horrible once installed. The main horizontal bar was welded crooked, causing the entire fixture to hang unevenly and off-center. The defect is obvious from across the room and completely destroys the intended design. What makes this even worse is that I paid approximately $500 for professional installation, only to discover after installation that the fixture itself was manufactured incorrectly. Now I have to pay again to have it removed and replaced. This is not a subjective design issue or a minor cosmetic flaw—it's a clear manufacturing defect that should have been caught during quality control. No customer should have to absorb hundreds of dollars in installation costs because a product left the factory with a crooked weld. For the price, I expected precision craftsmanship. Instead, I received a fixture that looks defective, unprofessional, and unusable. Completely unacceptable.

Perfection; transformed the room
Verified Buyer
This turned out to be the perfect chandelier for us. We've always had traditional homes but moved to a mid-century modern and wanted a light that could bridge the gap--look good with antiques but hip up the room. Thanks to the linearity and warm brass, this does exactly that. We also like the weight of it--airy but holds its own, even as seen from the street, thanks to its size and number of bulbs. And we like how it looks different from different angles (see photos). Because of the length, it still looks great when we extend the table. It's high quality, well made. And it looks magical at night reflected in the windows and mirror!

Show stopper. Mine is gold/brass. It's gorgeous

Absolutely in love with this fixture. Practical it lights beautifully and is dimmable. It gives a modern edge but also vintage 1920's to my 1924 bungalow.

Space brightener

The fixture was purchased to replace a chandelier. I am extremely happy with the new streamlined look and the brightness due to the 16 bulbs. We did not need an electrician to install the product.
