Inspired by light fixtures on the Paris Metro, the Original BTC lighting Phane Prismatic Glass Pendant is a nostalgic take on early industrial design. Prismatic in the sense that the ribbed glass brilliantly refracts the interior light source 360 degrees, the design focuses mainly on the functional down light provided from the open base. Aluminum components frame the clear dome of glass, reinforcing the intended purpose of the design with Original BTC’s signature practical look.

Cool industrial vibe and very well built -- this European piece is actually inspired by a light from the Paris Metro. To make it a bit more industrial, I painted the cotton cord solid black (with fabric paint) and added a chain to the cord. The yellow cable clip in the photo is actual stainless steel on my three over my island. Totally happy with this fixture.
