We purchased this light for over a round conference table in an office space. It's just the right amount of light over the table, with four recessed lights above for ambient light. The light shipped very well packaged and arrived with no damage.
It is a classic for a reason.
I have the Black in medium. It is very clean and understated during the day. Then the effect of the reflected light at night is stunning. Plus it creates enough light to be very functional. Make sure to put it on a dimmer if you want to use it to create a mood after dark.
