Low Voltage LED Roundback 809 Track Head

We bought these track heads to add some additional lighting in our bedroom, living room and dining room. While the design is slightly different that the older models it's not noticeable one they're installed.

I have had this product for 10 years, about 6 of them. Finally, needed to replace one....never had an issue. Still love the design; however, the new one is made cheaper. In your picture on each side the bullet is held in my a screw that your can tighten to be sure the bullet remains in the correct position...these are like all the older ones I have. On the new one I just received from you, they do not have these tightening screws, but the bullet is help with just a non-tightening rivet.

I bought two white heads to add to my existing H-track in my work studio, which I had installed 2-3 years ago. I found the color to be different than before (now it's warmer creamy white, where as before it was cooler grayish tone). It was also very difficult to attach these heads to H-track. I had to apply considerable force. It's not a perfect fit. As they do work, I didn't bother calling to return and replace. But, I am not as satisfied as before as there is clearly a lack of consistency in producing these heads.

The product arrived on time, and the one unit I am using is working well, However I have not used all of the track heads yet. But I was very impressed with the response of the customer care dept. they answered my questions promptly and that was reassuring. Thanks B. Roan
