Fabulous task lamp.
This really is the coolest task lamp. Only burning 7.5 watts it's very bright. There is also a dimmed position for the switch which is nice for late night reading. The aperture inside on the light ring does make it kind of a neat "jewelers light" of sorts. Might also be good for installing phono cartridges or any other precision desk top work or hobby fun. I'm going to buy the matching floor lamp to put by the couch in my office.
Pablo Designs
Born in Venezuela, Pablo Pardo came to the US in the early 1980s and stayed. After getting his degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, he designed for companies ranging from Fisher Price to Daimler Chrysler before settling in San Francisco. There he founded Pablo Designs in 1993, a lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterpret light in its many forms.
