Great reading lamp
We purchased the medium Link Task Light by Pablo for use as on a nightstand, primarily as a reading light. We limited our search to LED lamps because we did not want the additional heat of other bulb types. We like the minimalist look. We are very pleased with this lamp.

I purchased the lamp in black after using a colleague's orange LINK lamp. It's very well made, solid materials, nice matte finish and gives off a good amount of light. It's very versatile and can be positioned in tons of directions making it work in many configurations on my desk.

Stylish and well made. Easy to put together. Great light quality for reading. Articulated arm makes it easy to adjust lamp for direct light. The surface finish is very smooth but not metal-like -- i.e., not industrial. The angled base is heavy and therefore stable and allows room for other items on a bedside table. The recessed power cord is a nice visual solution.
Fun look for foyer.

Pablo Designs
Born in Venezuela, Pablo Pardo came to the US in the early 1980s and stayed. After getting his degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, he designed for companies ranging from Fisher Price to Daimler Chrysler before settling in San Francisco. There he founded Pablo Designs in 1993, a lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterpret light in its many forms.
