I am a commercial interior designer and specified this fixture for a corporate interior project in the US. Once installed, it immediately started having issues with the lenses coming loose and falling off, and the fixture getting overheated. The manufacturer sent a rep out while it was still under warranty, and they replaced the lens stating there was a recall on the adhesive. The overheating ended up being a separate issue, but the fixtures installed in a neighboring office suite started having issues with one or all of the lamps not coming on. We're only two years out from install, so even though the warranty is up, the fixture is not working properly, and we have been unable to reach a resolution. We will not be specifying anything from this manufacturer or Lumens again after this experience.
