Terrible Mounting System

Probably a beautiful light but impossible to install. There must be a better way to mount than this fixture uses. Plastic anchors are cheap and poor quality. Mounting studs and caps are too short to install with any ease. Ended up getting new anchors and buying new screws and nuts as mounting studs along with wing nuts to replace the caps....after pulling out too much of my already scarce hair.
