No longer stays in place

Loved this lamp originally. Although I purchased this lamp a while ago I would expect it to continue to work, the small piece housing the lights no longer stays in place. It "droops" when angling the lights to read by. Turned the screws as tight as possible the light piece does not stay up. Save your money on this one.

We're sorry to hear the Suma Pendant didn't meet your expectations. After more than 10 years of use, we understand it's disappointing to experience an issue. Unfortunately, the fixture is well beyond the manufacturer's warranty period, so we're unable to offer a warranty replacement.

What to do about light for reading when the bed is angled into a corner... This lamp is perfect. Fits right into the small space available and the light arm is easily moved to position it. Perfect.

This is the second Lady 7 LED floor lamp we have purchased through Lumens. We recently downsized into a smaller apartment and needed some accent lighting that wasn't too large This is perfect!
Koncept
Koncept was formed in 2002 in Monterey Park, CA to build on the many years of manufacturing and industrial design experience gained by the founders, the Ng family. Peter Ng brought 30 years of design experience; his sons, Kenneth and Edmund, engineering degrees. The first Koncept lighting fixture was the Z-Bar, released in 2005.
