The Josephine 02 Poppy Flower from Serax opens into four ruffled, layered petals set around a small cluster of fine glass filaments at the center. Designed by Kris Van Assche, the piece stands on a single thin stem that runs straight down from the base of the flower to the bottom edge. Made from borosilicate glass, the petals catch light along their ruffled, textured edges, adding visible detail to each layer.
