I had to buy another entire fixture because they discontinued the integral LED version that died on me. However the replacement is great and changing my own LED bulbs easy.

This is a deceptively simple fixture. What sets it apart is the quality of the glass because it sends out the light in an even glow. I have used this exact multiple times in different settings, and each time it fills the bill. You don't see the base, so what you experience is the glass globe. Perfect!
Beautiful and Elegant
Our architect suggested these lights for our newly designed ceiling with beams. We cannot do recessed in our building. At first I was apprehensive because we ordered 6 of the larger ones (18.5") but he was right! They are elegant and beautiful. They don't collide with any design options in the home and provided beautiful lighting. We love them. Apologies for the messy room as we are still in construction!

Clean look. In Size 8.5" base is visible. Suggest to go minimum 12".
