Made in USA

The Illumination II Wall Art from Four Hands captures Matera's dynamic creative process. The Mexico City artist paints exclusively outdoors, letting weather patterns guide her abstract horizontal compositions. The black maple floater frame sets off the matte canvas surface, giving the mixed media piece a dimensional quality. This Austin-made artwork reflects Matera's spontaneous approach and connection to environmental elements. The intuitive brushwork and layered techniques create depth and movement across the canvas, embodying the artist's responsive relationship with natural forces.
