Hendrik Semi-Flushmount

Beautiful lamp but be aware...picture shows a white shade, the actual lamp is VERY umber. Disappointed.

I received the 2 Light Semi Flush with Light Umber Etched Glass Olde Bronze and I was amazed by the beauty of the light fixture and how easy it was to install. SInce this was my first time using a Kichler product, I can say I love it thus far and haven't had any issues with it.

I am a 40 year old woman, and the installation was so easy for this product t I did it myself!! It is beautiful in my sitting room. We all love the beauty is ambiance lights in the room. My 8 year old has been sleeping on the couch in there so he csn look up at it he says. Lol its gorgeous!! We love the design as well.

When I ordered this pendant it was described as having "etched glass". I wasn't sure what the glass would look like exactly but I liked the simple and classic shape of it. Upon receiving the pendant I was a little worried at first when I saw spots all throughout the glass. It looked beautiful but I was afraid that it would cast strange spots or shadows on the wall when lit up. I ended up putting a light inside and held the glass at all different angles and distances and it never cast strange spots or shadows on the wall! I was thrilled! The spots look like champagne bubbles to me. My mom thinks it looks like laundry detergent so it's perfect in the laundry room! The brushed nickel is a satiny, warm silver. The picture does not do it justice (Also, I did not picture all the pieces it came with. Just some to give the idea). I'm very pleased with the unique look. The glass is of very nice quality and thick.The stem is also of very nice quality and heavy. I like how the stem unscrews at various lengths depending on your taste and need. The pendant can also be a flush light and fit right againt the ceiling. So it is very versatile. Most things needed to install are provided but there are a few screws that you will have to get on your own. The instructions are clear which is nice. I would definitely recommend this pendant!

This fixture is really tiny. I cannot think of anywhere I can use such a small fixture in my home but if you needed one this small it is cute. One thing a purchaser would have to consider is how little the drop is from the ceiling. It would have to be just the right place to use this one. We are looking to downsize so this one is going to be saved for a later date and hopefully somewhere I can use it.
