Item did not function upon installation by a professional electrician. Received a replacement LED driver by lumens to fix proposed problem. Electrician installed product with new driver and it still would not illuminate. Called the manufacturer to troubleshoot. Manufacturer determined the light is defective and would replace the whole unit. Lumens has been ineffective in coordinating a replacement for over two weeks now. I originally ordered the light in April and it is now July. I have paid an electrician twice to install and uninstall the light and will have to pay them again if I ever receive a working light. Too much trouble… support your local shops instead.

Gives off a nice warm feel while still keeping a modern look. I suggest putting this light on a dimmer switch to get the most use out of it!

This is for a new build and when it was finally time to install the chandelier it wouldn't light. I contacted Lumens and they denied my claim because it was outside of the return policy. I have contacted the manufacturer but haven't heard anything back regarding the transformer or the issue.. too bad.. I like the chandelier..
