Not as cushy as the old-school bean bags--you don't sink into this as much as you thud-and-slide. The cover is bomb-proof. The filling is light. So why such a high rating? Because it won't ever turn into a mess of dog hair and food stains. Think of it as a giant floor pillow that will last 10+ years.

I love my new Fatboy junior! I'm 5"2 and it's the perfect size for myself and my kids. Kids love it for reading, watching TV or just lounging.

was a little concerned about introducing the Original model to my smaller living room and i only wanted temporary seating and a soft sculpture to compliment my rather stiff modern style - the Junior model took care of my needs. i'm not petite - 5'9", 195lb and the Junior is plenty big for a sit upright seat with a small lip for low back support. great moldable stool for a desk situation plenty pliable and big enough for lounging i bought two and am able to pile them or separate them at whim Drawbacks your butt will go to sleep on these - bean bags are not soft surfaces the finish is more matte than the satin finish you see in the pictures here

Excellent Value
Purchased the junior Fatboy chair for my 3 year old granddaughter, the construction is extremely durable and the quality is excellent. She loves that she can lay down on it and still fits. Excellent value for the price (you get what you pay for) this chair should last her for years.
