A simple shape with a high-end feel. The 824 LED Flushmount from Minka-Lavery has a straightforward look that will allow it to blend in with a lot of different decors in living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. The metal detailing, however, also gives it an elegant and refined look to go with its soft curving, almost flower-like shape. The Etched White Glass Shade diffuses the light from the halogen bulbs behind it, which aren’t included, and creates a comforting glow. It’s listed for damp locations, too, so it can illuminate kitchens and bathrooms as well.

Definitely not for a novice or beginner diy'er. The instructions are not very clear. Once put together, it is a very nice light. Exactly what I was going for. I got two for my reading and sitting room. Love them.
