The David Trubridge Floral Pendant is a blooming geometric polyhedron inspired by nature. The natural bamboo components piece together a flower pattern in an open composition, allowing light to flood through. Keep a natural look or choose an interior color available in a variety of vibrant hues. The ambient light within casts geometric shadows around the fixture while also highlighting the grain of the bamboo or pop of color inside. Environmentally conscious, the fixture ships flat to reduce packaging and freighting to help preserve ocean and land environments, appropriate for the natural theme of the Floral Pendant.

We really like the floral pendant and it is a great lamp in our living room. However, you should read the installation very carefully in order to avoid any painful experience. Other than that, it is a very nice buy!

Once put together, the light resembles a flower. The light shines on the wall with flower reflections. It's a light that you notice and have to smile when you see it. It's different, fun, and is cool. It's like a touch of nature coming indoors.

I ordered this light and was disappointed with the colour. Ylighting contacted me and put me in touch with the manufacturer, who were very accommodating to correct the colour and ship me a new light. I am pleased with the excellent customer service who went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.

After sailing the Pacific with his family for several years, British native David Trubridge landed in Hawkes Bay, NZ, in 1985, and stayed. Inspired by their travels, Trubridge put his skills in architecture and ship-building to use in the design of furniture. A pretty much local business suddenly exploded into an international one when, in 2001, his Body Raft chair was picked up for production by Cappellini.
