What a pain to hang

Not sure what to say about this light. It's beautiful after about 15 hours of install but not perfect. Not kidding. The install instructions are horrible. 2 of the hours were spent detangling the entire thing after the electrician logically snipped the zip ties holding the wires. Since there's no guidance on a hanging pattern - just customer choice - I got to do that twice and will repair my ceiling. No matter how you try, there's not enough room in the canopy for the wires. That took an hour of futzing. Then you finish it up by connecting the wire to the chain with cheap, little, sharp, non color matching butterfly clips. I stopped installing those and plan to rewire the entire fixture to run the far -to -long wires compared to chain through the chains. And one the wires has a knot in it! Oh, and one of the alabaster lights has sanding lines all over. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix that. I thought about sending the entire thing back but I would never get it back in a box. I think Lumens should send me half my money back for the insane amount of install time.
