I received my fixture more than 3 weeks ago, which was beautiful but the glass light covers were damaged. I contacted customer service the same day, still waiting for my replacement/solution. I have had to reach out to Lumens more than 5 times, which extremely little updates from their end. Apparently waiting for the manufacturer to send a replacement. I have purchased other high end fixtures and if there were missing parts or damages, I have had better experiences with getting a replacement product. I would not purchase from Lumens again. I have let them know that if I don't get my replacement this week, I will order my fixture from another vendor. Extremely disappointed.

I needed something glamorous that would work on a low (8') ceiling in my bedroom. This is it! I'm very happy with how it looks. I also appreciate how straightforward it was to install -- the globes just screw on, no fiddly installation. I also had the first one arrive defective -- Lumens got a replacement to me very easily and rapidly. Super customer service.
