Ferm Living designs for the space between life’s contrasts: the pull of everyday expectations and the need for comfort, the search for meaning and the simple wish to feel at home. Working from Copenhagen, the brand creates furniture, accessories, and lighting defined by soft forms, rich textures, and curious details, resulting in calm, composed interiors that leave room to be yourself.
From its home in Copenhagen, Ferm Living collaborates with artisans across the globe, pairing a Scandinavian design sensibility with craft skills and traditions drawn from many places. The result is a collection of honest products where a tactile, hand-finished surface or an unexpected detail sits comfortably alongside clean, considered form. Each piece is meant to bring quiet character to a room and a touch of the unexpected to an otherwise composed atmosphere.
Ferm Living treats sustainability as an ongoing challenge rather than a finished claim. The brand examines every stage of a product’s life, from the materials and processes behind it to how it is produced and delivered, with the goal of helping shape a more sustainable future. For customers, that work translates into something practical: an easier path to making responsible choices for the home.
At Lumens, we look for brands that pair a genuine design point of view with real care in how things are made, and Ferm Living offers both. Its collections bring warmth to the Scandinavian aesthetic, softening clean lines with textured materials and gentle, organic shapes. For customers creating calm, layered spaces that feel personal rather than staged, Ferm Living provides furniture, lighting, and accessories that help a home feel comfortably your own.
