Provides the background light I was looking for. I like the 3 lighting levels. My lamp is in a corner behind a chair, as designed to be used. So in order to reach the top to turn it on/off or adjust the brightness I need to kneel on the chair and tip the lamp towards me. A floor switch added to the cord would be a great addition, especially if consumer is short.

Ordered two. Arrived with chipped corners, wiggly and lopsided LED wands. The base of one was solid black, unlike the pictures, which had striations in the marble.

Besides the packaging being damaged in shipping, the lamp arrived with rod unattached to the base, which it should have been since no assembly is required. When screwed into the base, the rod was crooked. Also, there was supposed to be a transformer included for charging, but was not in box. So, incomplete, poor quality, damaged.

This light is elegant, unobtrusive, and provides beautiful ambient light. People complain about it leaning - it's hard to believe that anybody is so incompetent that they can't figure out how to wedge a little shim at the bottom to make it stand upright.
