Ela LED Floor Lamp

We purchased the large Ela floor lamp, which is the perfect height in our outdoor living room—it casts a clean white glow without ruining the nighttime vibe. The Ela is heavy enough for stability but light enough to move around and whiles ours is still relatively new, dirt really doesn't seem to stick to its smooth finish. It comes with a sturdy outdoor-quality electric cord. Our only wish is that there was an on/off switch so we could leave it plugged in...but that's not such a big deal—and it's probably smarter to unplug it! We like it so much we ordered a second one!

I bought this about a month ago to replace a very painful colonial post-lamp, which was placed in the back garden of a mid-century modern that we purchased. Hands down this made a huge difference add a whimsical and edgy touch which is perfect for a rear courtyard garden. The fixture is as well made as it looks, and substantial. Lumens was a breeze to deal with and would highly recommend the product. My only comment is a very bright white lamp, at over 5,000 k. Swapping the single-ended tube is not as easy as I thought and being non dimmable is a bummer. The only replacement I have found is 4', not 5', but may work, at 3,000k. All that said, there are those this very bright white light would work for. .

After about a year the bulbs just got stuck on Pink, but eventually I figured out you can unscrew the bottom, pull out the metal bulb mounting and replace the 2 bulbs with standard light-bulb socket Phillips Hue bulbs, and now the top and bottom are independently controlled with a brighter and better color range.

I love my Large floor lamp for the patio and it makes a statement with my other modern decor. Lights up very bright so its great for parties and nighttime. Just wish they would inform consumer how the bulb gets changed if it goes out? Not easy to figure out.
