I hankered after these chairs for a while, and after some angst about which finish to choose, went with the Natural Cherry. The grain and color are nice and the ply edge is the same shade so it doesn't contrast like the Walnut finish does. In the design, I like the combo of the beauty of the wood grain, the shine and durability of the metal, and the fun / sleek lines. They're "sit for hours" comfortable and a design classic.
