The product is fine, but Lumens' service has been reprehensible! We were promised we would receive all 6 of these chairs by first week of November; as of November 21, 3 have still not shipped!!! We did not even want this model, but purchased it based on the promise of prompt delivery!

Still not arrived

What a great decision to purchase these chairs. My wife and I receive many compliments from friends & family. These chairs are extremely comfortable for all body types. We couldn't be happier.

LOVE THE LOOK (red-orange w/ chrome base). Arrived in 4 weeks. One standard glide was off the leg when I opened the box, but I snapped it back on. Hasn't come off again so far. Makes me wonder if it will pop off again. Would certainly be a good idea to include a couple of spare glides anyway, as these small parts might just be the relative weakest point, esp if used/slid everyday on hard floors. Not an everyday chair for me, but certainly a very attractive side-chair in my BR, currently on carpet. Feels good to sit in. Happy to have this cool, timeless Eames chair in my Mid Century Modern/contemporary decor! So far, so good. Time will tell after more and more use. Hoping it will last my lifetime.

I own 6 of these Iconic Contemporary Chairs. They look stunning in my Delaware Coastal home and continue to bring me pleasure everyday. Not only is the design amazing, the function and ability to wipe down after young children have graced them, is truly THE BEST!!!!
