The lamp and the shade arrived damaged. Then it got worse when I could not speak with customer service to receive a replacement, I was told that the rep would send an email to the replacement team. My replacement would not ship for at least a week even though the lamp was available. Painful.

I bought a pair of these as beside table lamps. The curves are soothing to the eye, the purple is a lovely, rich color, and the light brightnesses and diffusion are pleasing. They were packed well and arrived in perfect condition. They were easy to assemble.

The color was exactly as advertised. It's lightweight, the glaze is stunning and I love the lucite base. I may have to order another one in a different color! Love, Love, love!!

This product is very well made. I ordered the apple green lamp and found that the colour was as pictured online. As I am so pleased with this purchase, I will be ordering another Robert Abbey lamp in the near future. Well worth the price as well as the wait to receive it.
