Turn the lights off over your dining room table and use these to create a more intimate experience. Reading? no problem pull one of these beside you and direct the light. Want to entertain outdoors take them outside. The tall ones look like they will right in the line of vision but that is not the case because you direct the lights down so they are not distracting but you can still see the food on your plate. Love these. My granddaughter can carry them to the desk to draw. Very well designed for versatility, #sweepstakes
