Give a glorious retro-modern warmth to inside surfaces with the Dome Table / Floor Lamp from SkLO. Big and bold, with a simple sculptural design, it ascends from an intersecting array of solid brass plates that support a matching ring above. This base design anchors bright lamping beneath a frosted dome shade of handblown Czech glass that takes on an individual ambiance with its unique construction. The softer light creates a gentler juxtaposition to the angular metal below, dispensing a soothing and friendly radiance.

SkLO

Located in Northern California, SkLO is the brainchild of artist Karen Gilbert, architect Paul Pavlak, and Czech-native Pavel Hanousek. The three met in Healdsburg in 2009, and after discovering a unanimous passion for hand-blown glass (sklo means “glass” in Czech), they decided to create a multi-disciplinary studio focusing on glass lighting and accessory design.
