This lovely lamp has a dot on the top, and turns on & off very easily when I touch the dot lightly. Which sounds like a little thing, but I have other "touch" lights that are finicky and super annoying. Also, it's as beautiful as it looks in the pictures.

My 91-year old mother who has macular degeneration uses these lamps to work on jigsaw puzzles in the community activity room in her building. The room is aesthetically beautiful and well-decorated but has insufficient lighting. By adding these fixtures, we can move them around the puzzle table because they are lightweight but sturdy, bright and cordless. No worries about them tipping over or causing a tripping hazard. Perfection!
