Product shipped with a dead battery in the remote, and the remote transmitter inside the fan was faulty when electrician came to install. Getting the replacement part took a bit longer than I would have preferred, otherwise this review would be 5/5.
Great fan for a small room

hunterfan.comInstallation was pretty straightforward and not difficult. The fan is very quiet with no wobbles.. Only complaint is the remote. Rather cheaply made and difficult to use.
Hunter Fans
In 1886, the foundation for Hunter Fans was laid when John Hunter and his son, John C. Hunter, engineered the first water-driven ceiling fan for Tuerk Water Meter Co. in Syracuse, NY. By 1896, they had acquired Tuerk company, transforming it into the Hunter Fan & Motor Co. and launching the AC-powered Tuerk Type A fan in Fulton, NY. Over the years, Hunter expanded its product line to include oscillating desk fans, pedestal fans, attic fans, air conditioning units, air purifiers, humidifiers and even decorative lighting.
