Proud, pointed, and stylishly simple, the Dart Grand LED Pendant from Niche provides a welcome and lasting appeal to interiors. Descending from a low-profile canopy via a low-voltage coaxial cable that is at once slender and strong, it uses a rounded metal housing and subdued small knobs to hold a cylindrical shade of hand-made glass with a pointed base around a small, strong integrated LED light. Niche

Niche was founded by accident. In 2003, Jeremy Pyles and Mary Welch were in the process of opening a home furnishings store in Manhattan, called Niche, but couldn't find inspiring display lighting for the storefront. So Pyles designed a glass pendant and had it custom blown in New York (where all Niche products are still hand-blown).
