We ordered 2 pendants for our bedroom in a newly built home. They were delivered directly to my builders ups store. They were not opened for awhile. Unfortunately, one was broken where the glass shade attached to the metal. I contacted Lumens and they informed me I only had 48 hours to report damage. They made an exception and sent me a replacement. That one looked ok upon inspection but broke in the electricians hands. I called lumens again and again it was over the 48 hours period. Again, lumens made an exception. The replacement came, was inspected and installed immediately. It seems like the shipping material is not sufficient. The lights are beautiful but I so worried about touching the lights to put the bulbs in. It was fine. No problems. They are beautiful. I can't wait to see them with bed, once I get it. Very elegant. They're on a dimmer and can go from almost a nightlight brightness to full light.
Looks gorgeous!
Put these up last week, in love. I will need shorter light bulbs but overall very happy with this purchase.
