The Coiled Sculpture from Noir twists a single continuous form into a loose, knotted shape, with no clear beginning or end to follow as the eye moves around it. Hand-wrought from brass, the surface holds a soft, burnished finish that catches light unevenly across its curves. Set at rest on a flat base, the piece holds its tension without any visible support, the coils alone keeping it balanced. Its organic, irregular shape stands apart from anything geometric or symmetrical.
