I've been asked to review an item I still haven't received. I was told it would be delivered nearly two weeks after I placed my order, and then I watched it sit in Las Vegas until I was told, one day before the scheduled delivery date, that it wouldn't be here on time. Not only that, it was going to be shipped to CA before it would be shipped to me in CO, and no delivery date would be rescheduled until it was closer to the final destination. Customer service, while responsive, didn't offer to do anything about it, or explain to me why the chandelier sat in Las Vegas for two weeks and then had to be sent to CA rather than directly to me. I've got an electrician on standby waiting to do work for my renovation because of this chandelier not being here when it was promised. I hope it's worth it in the end.

We decided on this piece to improve the look of the entry foyer in our home that had a simple, builder's grade fixture installed. The "medium sized" option ended up working out perfectly for us. Installation was tricky (primarily due to ceiling height and placement), but do-able for a non-professional with decent skills. The unit is heavy so make sure you have adequate bracing above the ceiling to support the weight. Photos of the completed installation are attached, please ignore the walls as the space is a "work in progress" and will look much different once complete. The build quality is good. I wish the fixture would dim below the 10% mark...but that's just an unfortunate function of LED fixtures. We are very happy with the end result and consider it to be like having a piece of art in the entryway.
