The Chelsom Table Lamp from Uttermost wraps its ceramic base in precise horizontal ribbing that circles the entire form. Designer Carolyn Kinder uses this rhythmic pattern to create movement around the lamp's circumference. Bronze hardware punctuates the design at key transition points, while a linen shade caps the composition. The 3-way switch offers varied lighting levels to suit any need. The ribbed texture catches light and shadow in alternating bands, creating a subtle interplay that changes as you move around the piece.

Uttermost

The Uttermost venture started in 1975 when Bob and Belle Cooper opened shop in Rocky Mountain, Virginia, largely as a manufacturer of mirrors. Still family owned, Uttermost has expanded to include many more lighting fixtures in their line and has a branch in Riverside, California as well as a strong working relationship with their employees in Guanxi, China.
