Fixture didn't work for us but excellent cust svc
This fixture came to us broken in one area and missing parts in another. So obviously we contacted lumens for a refund authorization. They were extremely responsive and professional and looking to satisfy me in whichever direction I chose to proceed, whether by refund or replacement. I'd definitely be a returning customer! This light looks great, but took a while to get here.
Light was held up a couple of extra weeks in customs apparently, but I am very happy with it now that its arrived. Extensions for the height will need to be purchased at time of sale if you want it to hang lower.
