Fan arrived after many month of waiting, and while beautiful, it didn't work. The transmitter malfunctioned immediately, causing a full replacement and hundreds of additional dollars of electrical work. Lumens was originally reluctant to offer anything as recompense, but later offered a $50 discount, and then $100.

Pretty fans purchased for a Transitional Style Remodel

Purchased 4 for our home remodel project. All 4 fans look great: 1 white/gold, 1 black/matte and 2 brown/nickel. The fans are a little tricky to install (that's why 4 starts instead of 5). Have a licensed electrician do the installation, balancing, and required programming for the fans to work properly. Insist the installer test the fans to make sure they stay on - following programming instructions are crucial; call manufacturer Product Support if help is needed.
