LOVE the base, ordered a wider cone shaped shade. Also would have preferred if it could accommodate a regular light bulb, hence a higher wattage. This is on a desk, but with a chandelier light max 60W, it's not really a great working light. But I did realize that before ordering it. The unusual glass base is worth it!

Lamp is on demi-lune table near front entrance. It's an attractive, chic petite lamp. Would have liked if "bubbles" were more diffusely distributed rather than a large bubble bar across interior with other controlled bubbles spread out. Also it has a French wire (not mentioned in description). This is obviously because of difficulty to drill through glass sphere.
