The sconces arrived well packaged and themselves were lovely. But they didn't work in the space so I tried to return them, two of three boxes unopened. When I requested a return I was told shipping would be $82. Clearly a hidden restocking fee. I called and they cut down the shipping cost and when I commented that it was still extremely high, the rep said, "I cut it down. What do you want me to do." I will not be purchasing from Lumens again.
