Brit Drum Flushmount

I haven't heard about the company Brit by Kichler. I just installed a Brit 12 inch round flush mount ceiling light in my hallway. I love that the light is diffused with a translucent glass. While my hallway is just 42 " wide, this light gave off enough "soft" light to safely and clearly light the area. I love the shine from the polished nickel finish. It was easy to install, it takes 2 60 watt bulbs, (I used40 watt) and looks beautiful on my ceiling.

Beautiful light fixture. Well made. Both stylish and functional . I installed this in a bedroom and it compliments the room so nicely. Very sturdy and well made. Installation was super easy. Nice bright lighting . Nice size.

Our walk-in closet has always been too dim with the 2-bulb ceiling light that came with the house, making picking out the right clothes first thing in the morning tougher. The Kichler Brit ceiling light with opal glass cover is fantastic! This 4-bulb ceiling light brightens the closet so much, is beautifully designed with clean curves, and is very solid once mounted. We used daylight LED bulbs (9W) and the opal glass does a great job diffusing the light and evenly spreading it throughout the space. Installation was easy enough for any home DIY'er and took approximately 45 minutes to remove the old light, replacing it with the new. The only difficult part of the installation was mounting the fixture to the outlet box, but can be done with enough light near the ceiling to see where the screws are being placed; would recommend a second person to hold a flashlight if installing in a closet with no windows or other lights. Overall, the Brit ceiling light is a great addition to any space looking for more light packaged in a sleek design.

Just installed the Brit 18" 4 bulb light and it looks great! Install was easy and straight forward. I must applaud Kichler on the design of the area where the screws come thru to mount the light. They made the area free from the fiberglass insulation and FSK facing so you can see the holes and line the screws up easier. Awesome job!!!! I have been frustrated in the past with other lights like this trying to locate both screws while standing on a ladder. I snapped a photo of what I'm talking about. I really like the design of the light and it has a nice clean look. It is finished in Polished Nickel and it looks sharp. Really happy all around with this light!!!

The Brit 18 Inch 4 Light Flush Mount with Satin Etched Cased Opal Glass in Polished Nickel was more sturdy than I expected. I liked that it is simple and had clean lines. I replaced the existing bathroom light fixture with this one.
