First, let me say the lamps are beautiful, good quality. I ordered two. Two separate boxes arrived, both in excellent condition. Unfortunately, one lamp was scratched on the front of the lamp. I wanted it replaced. The lamps arrived on July 8th. I started the replacement process that day. Followed instructions, took pics of lamp base, box, inside and out., explained problem. I had to make seven phone calls within the month of July. They sent me a new shade, nope didn't need that. After my seventh call, finally they sent me tge replacement lamp base. I received it at the end of July. So, again, I live the lamps but disliked the whole month if aggravation trying to replace it. They need to work on their responses to you, making sure they understand what the actual problems are.
