The Bough Double Pendant from Stickbulb is a contemporary piece distilling the contours of a tree's main branch into a stunning and sneakily dynamic construction. Suspended via a long, slender canopy, two ultra-slim rods stream down, the ends of their forms capped with an adjustable ball swivel that allows for the adjustability of each wooden segment's angle. Y-shaped metal segments not only serve as sophisticated accents, but they also function as a clamping system, facilitating a down or upplight according to the direction of the strip of LEDs. Sumptuous with their crisp lines, the wooden forms add a punch of class through the timeless texture of their grain.

Stickbulb

Founded in 2012, Stickbulb is a collaborative project from RUX, a New York design firm. Originally, RUX designers conceived of the project when they were inspired by a stack of scrap wood in their workshop. Today the Stickbulb lighting systems are crafted from sustainable materials locally sourced from the greater southern New York region. The slim wooden beams come in lengths from one to six feet in length and are created to plug in and out of the associated hardware without any extra tools. The sets are fully customizable, with no limits on creativity, inspiring advanced designs.
