- Wipe spills immediately. Do not allow water to collect on the surface. Avoid contact with hot items. Dust with a soft, dry cloth; microfiber is recommended. Spot clean wood with a damp cloth; plain white recommended. Wood is a natural material and responds to changes in temperature and humidity: Extreme fluctuations can cause wood furniture to crack and finishes to lift. Minor scratches on acrylic can be buffed out by hand with a soft, dry cloth. Never use harsh chemical or abrasive cleaners and/or household window cleaners on acrylic or wood with protective topcoats.
