I bought 3 of these for our new house. They look great and move a lot of air. The fan in our bedroom is on 24/7 and it's been great. The remotes are nice. Very pleased.

I purchased 3 of these fans. After installing 2, the lights would not work. I called customer service for replacement lighting parts and to return the third fixture as there were problems with the other two. Ive gotten the "run-around" regarding the replacement parts and have been waiting for 2 weeks for my prepaid return label I was promised. Totally unacceptable!

Lasted a few weeks. Light works fan does not. Horrible junk. Not a cheap fan. Payed more thinking lumens customer service would stand by their products. They respond, then they ignore you. Unbelievable
