Crazy that this happens but the first one showed up, paid to have it installed, horrible scratching noise. It's broken. I fight with them to send a replacement, the replacement shows up, installation cost again, same horrible scratching noise. Get your stuff together folks.

moved a lot of air, and its sexy. one gripe and I will not consider this a con, but it won't work with Lutron fan switches since it uses a DC motor. easy install and the wall switches are great. Lumens a great company to work with also. thank you again!
