The Aviator Fan LED Light Kit by Modern Forms is a simple, seamless add-on to your Aviator Fan. Its design consists of a rounded mouth-blown triplex glass shade that sits atop a low-profile metal frame. Lighting is produced by energy-efficient, integrated LEDs that then filters through the opaque material, producing a soft, amicable glow. This kit integrates with an existing Aviator fan, but can also be operated independently.
Founded in 2013 by parent-brand WAC Lighting, Modern Forms takes a cutting-edge, eco-friendly approach to luminaires and fans. Each product features the most efficient LED technology available, while fans specifically run on a sensor-less, silent DC motor that’s controlled by an exclusive smartphone app. The materials used – including seeded crystals, Piastra glass, 24K gold leaf, and cast metals – are blended together by expert craftsmen who draw inspiration from the iconic minimalism of Mid-Century and Scandinavian design.
